Abhyanga: A fantastic place to start loving yourself.
One of our favorite expressions of Self Love is Abhyanga, the practice of lovingly massaging ourselves with warm oil from head to toe, literally. We know it can be hard to find time to give ourselves a massage, but this practice is simple and so, so rewarding. It works on a cellular level, nourishing, detoxifying and relaxing the body, spirit and mind.
It can start as a way to heal your muscles and joints but, when practiced as a ritual, it turns into a way or learning how to send love to your body and appreciate your beautiful self.
