Shipping Information

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. 

We ship from Brooklyn, New York, via USPS as standard within the US and worldwide. UPS and DHL are available for international orders. Shipping varies according to the total order weight, shipping method and address.

Import duties might be required when buying from outside the US and are charged to the buyer.

USPS International does not deliver to your door but to your local post office to be picked up. 

Please make sure you enter your mailing address correctly. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer-- we rely on the address that you provide.

Be sure to include your organizations name as USPS often will lose a package if you provide a name and address but no name of your organization. Also we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed by tracking information to have been delivered correctly to the address entered for an order. 

Our crystal products are very well packed and protected with reused bubblewrap and/or recycled and recyclable honeycomb kraft paper.

If your package does not arrive within the timeframes listed on this page, be sure to let us know immediately as we will need to follow up with the postal service.

There are two steps to this process. First, we will check the postal service online tracking to identify whether the item was listed as delivered to your address.

Second, we will file an insurance claim if it was not delivered. But please note that USPS has a limited timeframe in which they'll accept an insurance claim, so we do need to know within 6 weeks of your order date.

If you listed a correct address and the US Postal Service failed to deliver it, we will do our part to ensure that you get a new version of what you ordered as long as you let us know within 6 weeks of your order-- preferably sooner-- that the item(s) did not arrive. (We wish we ran the US Postal Service but, alas, we don't!)
Bottom line: we will do all we can to ensure you get your order delivered correctly and in a timely way.
