Yes! Everyone benefits from a Self Ceremony and our products make perfect gifts for any occasion. Invoices are not included in orders, so gift recipients will not see the price of the order. You can even customize a hand-written note that we'll include in the package!
Yes! Here’s how our gift cards work: gift cards are delivered by email after purchase and contain redemption instructions; we do not ship physical gift cards. If you'd like the gift card sent directly to the recipient's inbox, please include their email address at checkout, not yours. Or feel free to email it to yourself and then forward or print the gift card afterwards.
Gift cards are available in $25, $50, $75, $100 and $150 increments only and there are no additional processing fees.
Gift cards are available to use at selfceremony.com only (not available for in-store purchases or on any of our other sites). Please note that gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, but they do not expire!

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer-- we rely on the address that you provide.
Once the carrier is in possession of your package the tracking information, transit route and timing are outside of our control. As much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
Yes, we ship from California all over the world! Shipping costs will be added at checkout. All international orders are subject to fees and delays via customs, and this is completely out of our hands. Any fees owed to customs to retrieve the item is the customer's responsibility.

Want it fast? We don't blame you! That's why we offer USPS Priority Express and UPS 2-Day for contiguous domestic orders. Pricing is dependent upon destination/weight of package.
While we try to prioritize orders with expedited shipping options in our shipping queue, we can't guarantee that our team will be able to, and ask that you apply our 2-3 business day window for processing to plan accordingly.
Orders placed with UPS 2-Day will arrive within two business days once shipped from our studio. Please note: orders placed on Thursday or Friday with UPS 2-Day will likely arrive the following Monday or Tuesday, and will not arrive Saturday or Sunday.

It depends on where you are. Orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days. Delivery details and tracking information will be provided in your confirmation email. All carriers are experiencing delays tied to nationwide COVID-19 impacts, please allow a couple of days for tracking to update.
Please note: once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We are currently unable to replace missing or stolen packages.
We use all major carriers: USPS, UPS, DHL and Simple Export. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Even though the status says delivered, the package might still be en route to you. Believe it or not this is very common, especially these days. If in a few days you still can't get hold of your package you can file a claim with USPS via this link.

Research from GIA shows that Rose Quartz, Clear Quartz, and Amethyst are non-porous. Other crystals may be porous or have “closed porosity” meaning that pores lay on the surface of the stone but would be very difficult for bacteria to seep through to the center and can be washed away with mild soap and warm water.
Your Wand should be cleansed before and after each use with a mild soap and warm, never boiling, water. Store in a cool, dry place. For more ideas on how to care and connect with your wand read our How-to Guide
None of our blends contain t*obacco, n*cotine, T*HC, C* B D or any substance that can trigger a test. Some of our herbal products do contain Damiana (Turnera Diffusa) and in some states Turnera Aphrodisia is considered illegal. Since it is an herbal supplement, it's very doubtful it would be tested for in a standard urinalysis. But we want to let you know this in case you would like to ask a professional in this matter.
Returns + Exchanges
The short answer is no. We are a small company and carry a very limited stock. Crystals are very fragile so they require extra care and being very mindful when handling. Please consider this before labeling it as "poor quality because it breaks easily". That is the inherent nature of crystals.
We understand how frustrating it is to break a crystal, trust us, we've been there! But we also have set boundaries and appreciate when they are respected.

All returns must be processed within 15 days of receiving your order and require proof of purchase (e.g. your SC order number and order confirmation email)To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging.
We cannot process any returns without first being contacted.
If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email, and we'll get started on your exchange or replacement order ASAP.
Exceptions: Due to its intimate use, Pleasure Wands cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on discounted or sale items and gift cards.
Refunds are processed on unused, undamaged products only. Please return your items back to our studio in the original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed, as we're unable to process refunds on items that arrive broken.
Refunds are applied to returned product only and do not cover any original shipping fees. As a small, growing business, we are currently unable to pay for return shipping. Once submitted, refunds typically return to the original payment method within 3-10 business days.

If you’d prefer store credit instead of a refund or exchange, let us know and we’d be happy to help. Store credit is issued as a gift card in the amount of the product and does not include shipping fees.

Our crystals are sourced mainly from Brazil, the US and China (Jade)All our crystals are sustainably sourced, and we work with small companies in order to know who we are in a business relationship with. We always ask our suppliers about the mines, their conditions and how crystals are processed, to make sure they are environmentally friendly and ethically sourced.
We’re dedicated to sourcing with the highest standards with certified organic, sustainably-harvested, including locally grown when possible and kosher certified herbs, mostly from farms in California and Oregon.
We try to use as little plastic and unnecessary packaging as possible and reuse our protective packaging material to generate less waste. We skip the boxes (other than the mailer box) and provide a reusable cotton pouch for each crystal product.
