Shipping

We try to ship out your order as fast as possible. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. 

Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. 

Please make sure you enter your mailing address correctly.

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer-- we rely on the address that you provide.

Once the carrier is in possession of your package the tracking information, transit route and timing are outside of our control. As much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

International orders
All international orders are subject to fees and delays via customs, and this is completely out of our hands.  Any fees owed to customs to retrieve the item is the customer's responsibility.

International orders may take as long as 8 weeks to receive depending on how long customs holds any items.
